Your questions

Questions, answered plainly

The things people ask before they open a Steadvestor account - and the answers we would give on the phone.

The rules Steadvestor plays by

Is Steadvestor a scam?

No, but do not take our word for it. Before you deposit anything, check three things: where client money is held, whether a payout returns to the method you paid with, and whether every cost is named before you confirm. All three are answered on this page, and you can hold us to them.

How do I know if this broker is regulated?

Orders are routed to broker partners operating under CBI rules and the rules of the regulator relevant to your country. Ask your analyst for the licence details before you deposit - any licence can be checked in the public register yourself.

Is my money kept separate from the company?

Yes. Client deposits sit in a segregated account, separate from company funds, with regulated payment partners, so they are never used to run the business. That does not remove market risk: a position can lose value, and no honest platform will tell you otherwise.

Can I withdraw whenever I want?

Yes. A payout goes back to the same method you deposited with, normally within one business day once identity checks are complete. You do not have to explain why you are withdrawing.

What is the catch, how does Steadvestor actually earn money?

From a commission on completed trades and from paid training, and from nothing else. We take no share of your deposit and we do not earn when a position loses. Every commission and spread is shown before you confirm.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum deposit to start investing with Steadvestor?

You can open and fund your account from €220. You are free to add to your balance over time as your capital grows and your investment goals evolve.

How quickly can I withdraw my profits?

Request a withdrawal any time from your dashboard. Funds return to your chosen payment method within standard processing times for bank transfers or card reversals.

How do AI trading signals actually work?

Our AI engine scans markets in real-time to spot patterns and volatility shifts. Your analyst reviews each signal, decides if it fits your portfolio and risk profile, then executes only the trades you approve - human oversight runs the show.

What happens to my money if markets crash?

Your money is held in a segregated account separate from Steadvestor's own funds. However, as with all investing, market downturns mean portfolio values can fall. Your risk profile guides the diversification strategy to help protect your capital within the limits of real market conditions.

Are there any hidden charges on deposits or withdrawals?

Costs are shown transparently before you commit. Deposit methods vary (bank transfer, card, crypto, e-wallet), and each has its own payment method fee or commission structure - all displayed clearly at the deposit step.

What documents do I need to verify my account?

Standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification applies: a valid photo ID and proof of address. This is routine for any regulated broker and keeps your account secure.

How do I log in to my Steadvestor account?

Visit the Steadvestor site, click 'Sign In' and enter your email and password. Two-factor authentication protects your login, and support can help reset your password or regain access within one business day.

Does a personal analyst really help my portfolio?

Yes. Your analyst is a qualified investment professional who combines market knowledge with AI-assisted signals. They tailor your strategy to your goals and risk tolerance, then manage withdrawals, rebalancing and capital allocation around your time.

What fees will I pay on each trade?

Commission and spread vary by asset class (stocks, commodities, crypto). Your analyst shows you the full breakdown before execution. No hidden charges - every trade is transparent on your account statement.

How do I know if Steadvestor is regulated in Ireland?

Steadvestor is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI). Check the CBI register online to verify our licence number and scope. Regulation means investor protections, compliance audits and clear rules on segregated accounts.

Can I close my account and withdraw everything at any time?

Yes. You can withdraw your full balance whenever you choose and close your account without penalty. Simply request the withdrawal from your dashboard - funds will return to your payment method in the normal timeframe.

Can I practise on a demo account before trading with real money?

Yes. A demo trading account lets you test strategies and learn the platform risk-free before your first real deposit. Once confident, you move to a live account - it takes just a few minutes to go live after your €220 minimum is cleared.

Money questions

Is there a minimum deposit?

Yes, it starts at €220, kept deliberately low so you can start small and add more later. The figure is shown clearly before you confirm anything.

Account and security

Can I invest on a mobile phone app?

Yes - Steadvestor runs in a mobile browser with nothing to install, so your portfolio stays with you.

Can I close my account and withdraw everything?

Yes. Withdraw your balance and tell support. There is no cancellation fee and no waiting period attached.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the capital you invest. The value of your investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
